3D Lets was formed by two long term landlords who have been clients themselves to a number of Letting Agents, (the good, the bad and the ugly!) along with an experienced local letting agent, who believed that together, they would be able to provide a service that both Landlords and Tenants can only dream to receive.
Where?
All three of us have been born and raised in Nottingham and have now come together in our Lenton office covering a wide radius of popular Nottingham postcodes for both Students and Professional lets.
With decades of experience between us, along with our extensive local knowledge we know we have the recipe for greatness.
Why?
In short, it’s our passion. It’s something we all have extensive knowledge and genuinely care about. We decided to open our own Letting Agency to offer a bespoke, quality service for both landlords and tenants.
We want to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for not only our own benefit, but for our employees. In turn, allowing consistency to our clients.
What?
In any relationship, honesty, consistency and trust are three key factors to long term success. We all value these three things in our day to day lives and want to transfer this to not only our clients, but anyone who comes across us, such as our employees and contractors.
Our aim when opening 3D, was not to be the biggest letting agent in the City; we just want to be the best. Our processes, attitudes and dynamics ensure this is possible.
