Get in touch!
We would love to hear from you! Give us a call, email or whatsapp and we can introduce ourselves, get to know you and your needs and learn the basics about your property. - 2
Valuation
One of our agents will come to visit you at the property you are interested in renting, give you an honest valuation and discuss any questions you may have. - 3
Advertising
Should you chose to instruct 3D, we will arrange to carry out our marketing photos and take measurements for the floorplan. We come to the valuation armed with all the necessary tools so we can do this straight away! - 4
Viewings and applications
Regardless of what service, Let only or managed, we will handle all enquiries, conduct all viewings and gather all applications that are put forward. We will get any interested party to fill out our application form so we can provide you with the details for any perspective tenants. We will put all applications in front of you for you to take your pick when you find the right fit. - 5
Legal paperwork
Upon your acceptance of an application, we will carry out our referencing checks along with legal checks such as Right to Rent. We will arrange all legal paperwork and serve all required documents to the tenants. - 6
Key release
Once we are satisfied that all our processes and legislation has been adhered to, we will arrange the key release with the tenant. Depending on which service you have chosen, we would either continue to manage the tenancy for the duration or pass all information over to you for you to take over.

Rent protection insurance guarantees that you are financially covered in these circumstances. Covering the rent, legal expenses and damage cover all the way to vacant possession of your property.
Did you know, the average eviction time for the UK is 12.6 months? This means that without insurance you could face 12 months of none payment of rent PLUS legal expenses.
So in short, yes I do think it’s worth it!
